We provide mobile oil and filter changes only. Before we come to your home, community or workplace, we need a safe location where the service is allowed.

WHERE TO PARK
Which locations can qualify?
SUBJECT TO APPROVAL
A private driveway
A level, paved driveway may qualify with the property owner’s permission, enough working space and local approval. Tell us if you rent or have HOA restrictions. A personal DIY oil-change allowance does not automatically approve a paid mobile service.
MANAGER REVIEW FIRST
HOA or apartment parking
Check your CC&Rs, community rules and lease. Obtain written approval from the HOA or authorized property manager for the proposed oil change, location and time. An assigned parking space alone is not approval. If maintenance is prohibited, choose another approved site.
MANAGER REVIEW FIRST
A workplace or private lot
Obtain written approval from the owner or authorized lot manager for mobile oil and filter service—not just permission to park. Employer permission may not cover a separately managed lot. Shopping centers, fleet yards and office lots require the same review; local land-use and stormwater rules still apply.
THE WORK AREA
Safe, clear and contained.
These are Serge’s service conditions. They may be stricter than the minimum local rules.
Firm and level: a stable paved surface suitable for the vehicle and service equipment. No gravel, dirt, grass, soft ground or unsafe slopes.
Room to work: enough access around the vehicle and service vehicle without entering traffic or blocking pedestrian routes, exits or neighboring spaces.
Dry conditions: no rain, flowing runoff, active sprinklers or weather that prevents safe work and containment. We may relocate or reschedule.
Protected drainage: no setup where oil could enter a drain, gutter, ditch, soil or water. Drain pans, protective containment and cleanup supplies must be in place before draining oil.
Clear access: share gate instructions and parking restrictions before the visit. Keep children and pets away from the work area.
PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER SPOT
Locations we do not service
Under our company policy, routine oil changes are not performed on public streets, curbside parking, road shoulders, sidewalks or public parking lots. We also exclude fire lanes, accessible parking spaces and access aisles, unauthorized private lots, and any location that fails the permission, local-rule or safety checks.
These exclusions are our operating policy; they are not a claim that every California jurisdiction has the same ordinance. Routine oil changes are not emergency roadside repairs.
OIL & FILTER HANDLING
Keep the oil out of the runoff.
Our service standard is to capture the removed oil and filter, contain drips, and take the waste generated by our service through an appropriate commercial waste-handling route. We do not leave it in your household trash or curbside recycling.
Oil and cleanup water must not enter storm drains or be washed onto the pavement or ground. If a spill occurs, work stops while it is contained and cleaned using suitable methods. Required reporting and waste handling remain the operator’s responsibility.
BEFORE YOU REQUEST A TIME
Help us check your location.
Provide the full service address and tell us whether it is a driveway, HOA/apartment space or workplace lot.
Add any restrictions and the status of owner or manager permission in your parking notes. If approval is pending, say so—we can review the request before scheduling.
Keep written manager approval available. Serge may ask for it, confirm local requirements and inspect the work area before starting.
Customer permission does not replace Serge’s responsibility to comply with applicable rules. If a site cannot qualify, we will discuss another suitable location or rescheduling before doing the oil change. A location change may require a new travel quote; you approve the total before service. This page adds no cancellation fee or liability waiver.
Service visits: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday · Pacific time · Confirmation required
